It's been a while, so an update regarding your LMS re-print book order feels due...
If you haven't received any prior confirmation, please let this email serve as receipt of your order, as well as your payment - and once again our appreciation for the continued support. In an ideal world, we would have shipped books by now, but, due to some quality control issues, are falling a bit behind schedule.
All fixable issues which are currently being addressed overseas, and we hope for your understanding and assume that, in the long run, maximum quality dominates - in importance - over breaking speed records (at this rate, we won't be accused of the latter
. That said, we also deem it only fair to allow for anyone whose patience has run out to withdraw from their purchase and receive a refund in full. If that is a preference at this stage, please reply to this email and add REFUND to the header and we will take care of you.
Hopefully though, you will all remain excited about what is coming and, in turning a negative into a positive, Dan has since decided to add a SECOND print to the already included limited print and this one will not be a previously published image from the book, but a brand-new one, which he is now working on.
But that's not all: we will also include a print of a REDEMPTION image from Dan's upcoming book, which is currently in development and already under consideration by an amazing director. So: 3 prints altogether with the early bird orders. Our way of saying "sorry for the wait, but thank you for your loyalty!".
A very rough preview for the new LMS image is attached to give you an idea where he's headed with it; you can probably all imagine how very detailed it will be by the time he's done.
Further updates will be forthcoming, once we have final shipping dates; at this juncture, we need to anticipate to be out another 8-10 weeks. We're looking forward to spreading the good news when ready!
