Your level of detail is simply fantastic. I find it fascinating at what you must see when you look at things. Most of us see shapes and those that are gifted see light and how it plays off of said shapes. Then there is someone like you that goes past all that and sees the things that we all see but don't actually know we see like the subtle blueish tinge to the veins in someones temples...
Everytime I think you can't improve any further you just come up with something amazing, this is great, and I know you read this very often but man, you're awesome. Thanks to you I've learned more of digital art and I just wanted to say thanks (n_n) Keep on that!
Excuse me? I'm not on Deviantart 24/7 reading my comments. I'm trying to finish the book along with other work. I'm sorry I didn't see your comment, but there's no reason to be rude with me. You could have left my a comment on my main page.
well i'm not a pro about this )) but if you check out his brushes - there is a brush for skin .. and i think it is like - you lay out the base color , then you put some shadowing and whatsoever .. make it look like plastic , and then using that brush and some colors that are not actually skin colors ( like violet , green , blue etc. ) you put the detail in .. with time and skill i think it is possible to make realistic-looking skin )) and i think with the base color the best thing is to do the same - to take some random colors and just blend them together .. it usually makes the skin pop ))
